Makes: 2 tall glasses or 3 shorter glasses
- 1 cup strawberries
- 1 ripe peach or nectarine (sliced)
- 1/2 fuji apple (sliced)
- 1/2 banana
- 1 cup liquid of your choice (water, almond milk, coconut milk, etc.)
- place all fruit in blender
- add liquid
- blend on high til liquified
- drink up all the whole fruit goodness.
