I am hosting a brand new 14 Day Sugar Detox program called Sugar Detox Party starting October 1st, where we’ll kick sugar out of our bodies for 14 straight days! Hooray!
I’ve done detoxes before and getting rid of sugar always makes my body feel amazing. So, I’m definitely doing this for health reasons. And instead of going at it alone, it’s great to have the support of others who can motivate and keep you going, so I’ve decided to start a program where we will have a community of people who are interested in improving health by cutting out sugar.
This sugar detox plan is different from other plans in that there are three different levels for you to choose from. Easy, moderate, and hard-core. (More details about the three levels and how it all works will be provided when you join the group.)
There is a Group page on Facebook for us so that we have a private space to gather and share our progress, questions, answers, challenges, successes, recipes, pictures, and more! All with positivity and no judgment or negative criticisms. As of last night, we already have about 20 people in the group for October!
As an added bonus, we will have 14 Days of Detox Yoga. One detoxifying yoga pose per day to help inspire us even more! (Yoga poses are provided by Johnny Nasello, of Johnnyfit, a certified 500 hour yoga instructor from Portland, Oregon. You can check out his online yoga and workout programs here.)
