Some time last month, I decided it was time to do a detox. A sugar detox to be more specific. I got a group of people together and turned it into a Sugar Detox Party. The basic premise of this detox is to cut out as much sugars as possible for 14 whole days (refined sugars of any kind, even natural sugars if you’re up for it, highly processed starches and grains like bread, noodles, and rice).
It’s been 7 days since starting the sugar detox and personally, I’m feeling really great and already dropped a few pounds to boot!
